What are microgreens?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pieces of toast (i.e., try a gluten-free bread like Udi’s)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup Fresh Thyme Rainbow Mix Microgreens
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt (i.e., try Celtic Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt)
  • Crushed black pepper

     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice avocado in half and scoop out the flesh after removing the pit. Sprinkle with salt and mash together with a fork
  2. Spread avocado mash over the toast. (i.e., try heating the toast first)
  3. Top with Fresh Thyme Rainbow Mix Microgreens, crushed black pepper, and lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 bananas (i.e., fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup wild blueberries (i.e., fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup organic raspberries (i.e., fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (e.g., hemp, coconut, almond, flax, etc.)
  • 1 cup Fresh Thyme Rainbow Mix Microgreens
  • 1 tbsp. agave or raw honey
     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Begin with a regular blender or mixer of choice (e.g., Nutribullet, Ninja, Vitamix, etc.)
  2. Mix all ingredients together (i.e., add the liquid as the last ingredient in the mixer, so it doesn’t settle) 
  3. Blend to your preferred texture 
  4. Garnish with additional Fresh Thyme Rainbow Mix Microgreens

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 green apples (i.e., sub apple of choice per your taste preference)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cup Fresh Thyme Radish Microgreens
  • 1/2 lemon (i.e., peeled)
  • Small handful of mint

     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into your juicer and press into a glass or mug
  2. Stir the juiced mixture together
  3. Garnish with extra Fresh Thyme Radish Microgreens and drink from your favorite eco-friendly straw 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 wrap of choice (e.g., tortilla, collard greens, coconut wraps, spinach, etc.) 
  • 1 ½ – 2 tbsp organic hummus (i.e., try Hope Original brand)
  • ½ cup spring mix
  • 1 carrot (i.e., shaved or diced)
  • Healthy handful of Fresh Thyme Radish Microgreens
  • Feta cheese crumbles (i.e., for a Vegan friendly alternative try nutritional yeast)

     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spread wrap with hummus
  2. Arrange veggies and greens on the hummus wrap
  3. Top with some feta crumbles and Fresh Thyme Radish Microgreens
  4. Roll up wrap (i.e., try pinning with toothpick to hold the shape) 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh Thyme Pea Shoots
  • 1 cup organic basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (i.e., can sub cashews, macadamia nuts, or pistachios)
  • Half a lemon worth of juice
  • 3–4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (i.e., sub nutritional yeast for a Vegan friendly option)
  • 1/3–1/2 cup first cold pressed and organic olive oil (i.e., use less olive oil for a thicker texture)
  • Celtic Sea Salt and crushed black pepper to taste

     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a food processor, pulse ingredients until they break down. (i.e., if you don’t have a food processor, pulse with a blender instead) 
  2. Pour in additional olive oil as needed to achieve desired consistency 
  3. Remove mixture from processor and add to your favorite bowl or glass tupperware 
  4. Add salt and pepper to your taste preference and top with Fresh Thyme Pea Shoots to garnish 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large cucumber (i.e., seeds removed and diced)
  • 2 medium carrots (i.e., peeled and diced)
  • ½ small red onion (i.e., diced or sub scallions)
  • 2 cups Fresh Thyme Pea Shoots
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of first cold pressed, organic olive oil
  • Spices (e.g., add spices of choice to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the chickpeas and diced vegetables to a bowl and mix well  
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients in the bowl
  3. Add Fresh Thyme Pea Shoots and stir again
  4. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving
